i can get my hands on a tko t-5 from a mustang. it is my undstanding that i would need some kit to make it fit. my car has a t-5 in it now, but its shot and i heard the ford version is better.
anyone direct me to the kit? cost estimates?

 

Try Keisler. They sell lots of TKO's and make kits for just about anything. The kit will have the right bellhousing, linkage, shifter, cables, templates to cut the floor and whatever else you'll need. They come with good parts and great instructions. Put one of their TKO 600 kits in an old A-body. You can order the kit minus the tranny.
