clutch pedal only goes half-way down

I converted from a 700r4 to T5 this past weekend, and after everything was done, I went to push the clutch pedal in, and it went half way down, I pushed a little harder, and I think the master cyl rod bent a little. So I started the car, and pushed the pedal down, and shifted into gear, and no gears grinded, so I let the pedal out (rear end was in the air) and the wheels started turning. I pushed the pedal in again, and the wheels slowly stopped turning. So what I'm trying to say here is, the clutch fully engauges and disengauges (sp?). Flywheel, clutch kit, and TOB are all new if that helps.
Has anyone had this problem and how did you fix it?

You are lucky, I have just the opposite problem. If your master cylinder is too far to the left or right of the clutch pedal it will bind.
