Tranny Problem: Doesn't like hills?
HI,
I am running a rebuilt 700R with a Bowtie Overdrive lock-up kit and a B&M shift improver kit.
The car runs fine when level, but when I try to accelerate on an incline the car will not speed up at all.
Also, it seems to have a tendency to "jump outta gear" when going from 2nd - 3rd and I have rev up on it and let it fall then it will sort of "bump" back into gear. It seems to do this more when it is cold, not when the car has been warmed up. Any suggestions, things to check?
Thanks!
