TCS wont be engaged. the only way it would be engaged is if you hook up the wiring, and if you have the TCS control module that is on the 00 camaro. you dont have to worry about it basicly

talk about beating around the bush.
you won't have TCS on your car so you will be straight.
If the rear has the pigtails on the TCS sensors, just unplug them.
Get new brake lines and use the stock brass y block on your car.

Well, do you have 3 series gears (3.23 or numerically higher)? Is the differential still good on the SS rear? If your rear is stock, you should have 26 spline axles and your diff won't work with the SS axles as they are 28 spline.
If the diff is good on the SS rear and you have 2 series gears, you can get a spacer so that your gears will work.
