Strange's new Dana 60 for Fbodies
Mine just showed up last Friday. Should be pretty sweet. Here are some pictures. I will let you all know how the install goes.
35 spline axles (upgradeable to 40 spline if you would like)
Choice of Tru trac, Power trac posi's or a detroit locker
Bigger ring and pinion, and axle tubes than a 12-bolt
Choice of 3 or 4 channel ABS
Many more upgrades available!
Retail price is $2,295!!!
Same rear with spool retails for $2,049!!

Just as strong as a Ford 9" but I think it weighs around 10-13lbs more.

Nice!
We just swapped a dana 44 into a friends car this weekend.
Shipping is extra I take it.
Heck thats prolly better than a 12 bolt and avoids some issues with pinion angle and stuff with the 9 inch.

Just a few more questions, is this rear the same length as the 3rd gen rear and will are stock breaks bolt up to this beast?
