SK700 or SK700-Jr

What's the difference between the TransGo SK700 and the SK700-Jr kits?

The Trans-Go full Shift kit is mainly for the 1982-1987 (early style valve body) transmissions. Starting in 1988, GM solved the "shift timing" issues of the earlier units, so the Shift kit Junior does well here. With all of my Performance Shift kits, I "add" the Trans-Go Junior to them, so as to get smooth part throttle shifts.

So which would you recommend for an 85 700R4?
