88 vss to t56 vss

just wondering if my vss off of my 700r4 will plug in to the vss on the t56

I believe they read at different hertz/per sec., I know that somebody does make an adapter to make it work, but not sure who. Just search the internet for speedo conversion.

It's a different pigtail and signal. If you were to splice the new one into the existing wiring it reads about 10x too fast (110 for 10 mph, etc). You need to buy the dakota digital box or make one yourself.
