new tranny lines
my message wont post!
I had a big problem with my damn tranny lines leaking all to hell. Finally, I bought some braided stainless steel lines from summit.

-6 AN size hose. I got 3/8 barbed fittings and put them in my tranny, hooked up the line to each of them and ran them to my cooler (yes, i'm breaking the rules by not going to the radiator.). The lines are tought, nice looking and best of all, DONT LEAK!!!!!!!!!
Plus, I still have enough left over to redo my fuel lines.
I recommend this upgrade(?) to anyone with leaky lines or doing a trans swap.
BTW: I used hose clamps and they work just fine! I drove for 30 min nice and hard and the pressure didnt cause any problems.
Notice: -6 AN is just a tad bit smaller than 3/8, and the braid makes it hard to stretch, use lots of assembly lube and I screwed a big bolt into the hose first to losen it up a bit so it would fit on the barbed fittings. No problems.
