Axle bearings and seals

Alright so I've had this rear end that I built almost 2 years ago. And I've been ready to put it in numerous times but things always come up. However, in a month or so I will install. Anyway, the axle bearings and seals have ~86k miles on them. Even though there are no signs of wear or leakage should I replace them anyway while the rear is out?
