big t56 clutch problem

ok i will start you off with this did the 700r4 swap to the t56 put a new clutch in stock type im not to sure on the pedals if there third or fourth gen. on first start up everthing works fine only thing is if you put your foot to the floor you will get a nasty squell from the clutch area so i took this as it was over extending the clutch to far so i didn't do that anymore so i drove the car far a while about 500 miles had no problems with it the i had it out the other night was rippen on it still had no probs. till i when to push the pedal in to put it in first to take off at the light as soon as the pedal get just a little bit of preasure it makes that squelling sound like it does when its floored im being told that my throwout is shot but its like new so whats up?

Your clutch fork is grinding on your pressure plate cause your getting to much motion with your hydraulic setup. I take it right now your clutch pedal is sticking way past your break pedal so you could do what I did before and make your master cylinder adjustable.

Here is a link of what I did https://www.thirdgen.org/forums/tran...tment-t56.html or you could go out and buy the adjustable one from McLeod .

yes thats all true but i still am not sure why my clutch stoped engaging i took it all back about today and looks like all of the fingers that throwout pulls on are pulled out farther then they should be just a guess though im thinking from over extending it to many times stressed it out?
