Engine: 350 TPI (block was swapped)
Transmission: 700r4 w/corvette servo
Axle/Gears: no idea
700r4 questions
Three questions:
How much trans fluid does a pre-87 700r4 hold?
and what kind of fluid should I buy for it?
can I run the car IN NEUTRAL with no fluid? *i need to break in a cam*
I let out all the oil when I was replacing my tv cable.

Transmission: Pete K 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3:55
Approx 11 qts is total capacity.
Between 4 and 5 qts are in the pan.
You CANNOT run the trans with no fluid to break in the cam.
