help with tranny hook-up
i an in the middle of an engine swap and have found the a cable coming off of the tranny is ripped but i can't find out where it goes. it is right in front of the transmission lines. also i have a horrible memory and i unhooked a 4 foot rubber hose that is attached to what looks like a lawn tractor fuel filter (just creating a visual) that is connected to the transmission. i don't know where it connects to. it goes from the transmission to where?

The cable is the throttle valve or kickdown cable (depending on the tranny you have) it connects to the throttle linkage on the carb or TB.
The hose is for the vac modulator and goes to any manifold vac source.
