87 T-5 help!

Today I was driving around town, I down shifted into 3rd which seemed hard to get into, now I cant seem to get into any other gear but 3rd its stuck. It will let me get into Natural but that's it. What do you think this could be, clutch related? Any help would be great. What should i look for?

I had about the same thing happen to me while driving through New Mexico. It was stuck in 3rd, and wouldn't come all the way out into neutral, but it might have been enough to disengage the gear. I tried tapping on the shift lever with a hammer (toward the back, moving it into neutral) and it popped out into neutral, and shifted OK thereafter (some trouble with getting into 1st when stopped, but that was clutch related). I think it may have been the heat causing the ATF to thin out/oxidize/etc. so that something that needed to move was binding up; I put in some Lucas ATF stabilizer as well, since I had a few hundred more miles to go that day, and that may have helped keep it from reoccurring.
