I've searched and found bits and peices, maybe im listing it wrong but heres my delema.
I got a great deal the entire rear end 3.73 gears and all for $150.00 if i take them out. I would like to know how hard this is and what tools will make it easier.
Ill have about 4 sets of hands to make this go smoothly. If anyone has pictures of can get me pictures of jsut what i need to remove that would be a great big help. Im more of a pictures instead of words guy and if this is detailed enough maybe we can get sticky think this could be a great help.

if its a piece for piece removal its quite straight forward. remove the driveshaft, disconnect the flexable brake lines, remove the panhard bar, remove the springs remove the lower control arms pull it out of the trans mount. think thats it. obvioulsy you need to jack the rear of the car up as high as you can and put jackstangs on the "frame rails" just in from the lower control arm mounts. put a floor jack under the rear to support it while you are working.

If it's that much of a time crunch, you could have it out in under 5 minutes on a junkyard car. Sawzall through the LCAs and shocks, bolt cutters on the brake cables and hoses, unbolt the driveshaft and it's done.
yeah i was thinking hot wrench would make short work of it

I was thinking sawsall but i dont think i can get power out there anyhow. Thanks so much guys, and the one link with the step by step and pictures that is awesome, and you got alot of cool mods on there, is there anyway you can send me those pictures on like a CD or something. Front end and rear end i think a good slide show would be awesome.

Front end rebuild
Here's the front end rebuild.
BTW: That's not my car, I did a search and found the links here on TGO. So I'm just reposting the links. But they are very helpful
