84 camaro 700r4- tcc troubles

tcc wont engage, am getting trouble code 15. would this be it? just replace coolant sensor? any help appreciated.

Axle/Gears: stock spline, 3.73 Eaton posi
a code 15 is a low coolant temp at the sensor and yes this will not allow the tcc to lock up, has to be warn and at a certain speed for it to engage. if you know your engine is warm, like from a gauge, could be a bad sensor then

if the ecu doesn't know the engine is up to temp it won't lock the converter up.

changed cts, actually had to change whole neck because it was really stuck.
tcc works but now dies when i put into drive or reverse. got codes 23 and 45. maybe need new tps?? will that make it run rich?

think 23 is from me messin with the tps connections. cleared codes now only 45 will repost in carb section, thanks
