t-56 help please!!!!!!!!!!!

Ive searched till im blue in the face..lol...My t-56 grinds when I push in the clutch. It even kills the motor. Heres my set up. 94 t-56, 3rd gen pedals, specs 3 clutch, fidanza alum flywheel, roller pilot bearing, new gm hydralics.
Im stumped. I removed the trans to inspect and found nothing? the clutch pp did have some scrap marks that I assume are from the clutch fork? It starts grinding from the moment I start to push the clutch pedal. The transmission pulls (I started it in gear) This is my first experience with this style clutch set up.....any help from you guys would be greatly appreciated!!!!

Ive read if your pushing in the clutch and its grinding could be the syncros inside the tranny...go to Camaroz28.com and ask there or search.

good luck.

Car: Yes
Engine: Usually
Transmission: Sometimes
Axle/Gears: Behind me somewhere
There are 7 synchros inside the transmission, one for each gear (6 forward and 1 reverse). I would not like to calculate the odds of having 7 equally bad synchros in a transmission, and for all 7 of them to be bad in such a way that
It even kills the motor
I don't think any of my calculators can deal with numbers that small, even using scientific notation.

Sounds to me like something about the clutch isn't assembled correctly. The fork isn't on its little "T" thing right, or the pilot bearing isn't all the way into the crank, or only one "finger" of the fork is caught in the throwout bearing, or the disc is turned backwards; something like that.

Check your work.

thanks for the reply...I feel like an idiot for even asking. Its got to be in the clutch. I think Ill start by taking the slave cylinder spacer out and see if I can see whats going on....
