Ive found a hundred 4th gen relocation bracket. My thirdgen 5 speed mount broke for the 3rd time want to eliminate this hassle. Anybody know the place to find one??

 

B&M made one back in the day, not sure if they still do...

 

Sphon makes a very good one. That's what I run; rod ends, with a front drive shaft safety loop.

Does it use the stock torque arm? and if so does it relocate the mount for the stock torque arm off of the transmission?

No, it is a whole new assembly with torque arm and crossmember with integrated TA mount.

AFAIK there is no one that makes a relocation kit for a stock torque arm equipped thirdgen, it will have to be made custom.
