play in rear
well i started noticing that when going about 30 mph if i jerk the wheel side to side the back end shimmys not up and down but side to side..... when car is parked if i push back and forth on the back end i get the shimmy and some unfriedly noises... its seems as tho my drive shaft has some play in it... any ides what it could be?

if the rear is moving side to side, check and see if your panhardbar is attached, or broken, or missing.

it will cause undue stress on the lower control arms and mounts, as the rear moves about, this can damage more of the car. get a new one as fast as possible if it is broken or missing and try to drive as little as possible
