Stuck U-Joint during driveshaft removal
I tried removeing the driveshaft, the straps came off easy but the u joint is lightly rusted in. I tapped it lightly with a hammer but it's stuck. The joint is still good so I'd rather not destroy it. Any suggestions?
Thanks

This is the rear U-joint? Why do you want to remove it?
If it's stuck and won't move, hit it with some grease if it's greaseable, and spray it with WD-40 or something and tap it with a hammer again.
If you're actually trying to remove it, you'll need to use a torch to get rid of the nylon locking ring. But that means you're replacing it with a new one so...
