I am having a problem with no 4th gear after I installed the Corvette Servo and found what the problem is. The fiber seal or whatever it is that is around the 4th gear servo evidently got pinched when I put the cover back on and is broke. Does anybody know where I can get this? I know I can buy a new billet 4th gear servo and cover but really didn't want to put out that kind of money. ( actually my wife doesn't want me to put out that kind of money since I have already spent a couple of hundred bucks on a tranny that only had a 2-3 flare problem) Any help on where I can get a stock 4th gear servo and seal or just the seal is much appreciated. Thanks.

 

What I've done is to visit the local tranny rebuild shop. Sometimes the seal is free, other times it's a buck. Quick & easy.
