Engine: 1988 305 TPI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2:73 ... I think
shift kit gone rong .. car wont move
ok heres the deal blew the first tranny bought anotherone and instead of putting it in right away i decided to put a b&m transpack shift kit in ... got it all buttoned up and the car will not move in any gear even when reving it up the tires dont even make an attempt off the ground. anyone know were i could have went wrong .... also when i put the kit in the 1-2 housing iwas grinding the 1-2 acumilator piston to fit flush and took a chunk out of the housing .... could this be it.....and the presure regular is in right so we can rule that out

I would say that their is a very good chance that thing was toast before you got it
