Re: t-56 spacer

Here goes on some pictures and the dimension...the calipers are extremely cheap, so I wouldn't be surprised if it should be 2.000". Also, I saw in another post on here where someone said that theirs was 0.95" thick...so I don't know if they're all the same. In fact, I guess I'm not even sure if this is what everyone has been calling a spacer. Oh, well...here goes

Re: t-56 spacer

Haha man this post brings me back a few years. I too was missing the spacer on my first t56 swap. Its a low buck part available from your local GM dealer. At least it was 8 years ago or so. Good luck

Re: t-56 spacer

Well good luck with it....I've gotten lucky so far on my T-56 swap. I would have put that spacer on last night, but I was missing the nuts. I hope that's the only thing I have to go looking for.

Re: t-56 spacer

I found this place www.autogear.net has just about everything you could want for the t56. I had to buy a clutch fork t stud and bolt for my tranny. GM wanted about 90.00 for the fork, 15.00 for the stud and 7.50 fro the freaking bolt. I got all of that from autogear for about 35.00 plsu shipping and handing. I looked on their site and they have the spacer for $12.95 but those prices were through 2/05.
