I did the 305tbi to 350tbi engine swap.Now im having tranny problems.After the swap i test drove the car and it shifted fine except it would take about 5 sec for reverse to engage.So i changed the filter and new fluid.Now for some reason it goes it reverse just fine but it won`t shift into 3rd or od no matter the rpm.So i have no idea what i could have done to it.I even checked the tv cable and its fine.Don`t know alot about transmissions so i need help....Thanks

 

Does it just not shift or does it like neutral when it should go to 3rd gear?

 

It feels like its in neutral. It just wants to rev up and it don`t act like it wants to shift at all. 1st to 2nd shifts good..
