New Paddle shifter!?
I saw this setup installed in a 3rd gen camaro in "Camaro" magazine.

A shifter at your finger tips sounds pretty awesome if you ask me.

Re: New Paddle shifter!?
That would be kinda cool, but not exactly cutting edge - it's used to shift an electronically controlled automatic tranny -oooh wow..
I'd get a paddle shifter if I could use it on my manual tranny.
Shifting an automatic tranny just seems a bit silly to me. It would be fun for a while though.

If you owned an automatic with a transgo shift kit, you would think it is plenty fun considering it shifts faster and more efficient than a straight drive, when manually shifting it.
