well like it says, whats a fair price? there are 2 f-bodies at my local yard that have them, just trying to make sure that im not getting burned. i paid $65 for a dash pad today...but i got my moneys worth with my cargo pants

 

Should be the same price as a drum brake axle. Typically less than $200 for a complete diff. Depends on the junk yard's rates.

The disks alone are not worth the price of the rear and the hassle of the swap. The standard rear disk brakes are only a tad better than the drums if any better at all. Go some extra scratch and get a fourth gen rear with ls1 brakes. Really good setup, and I passed on one recently for 375.00 with a 3.42 posi. Emergency brake is a hassle though, if you need it.

 

I have a complete 9 bolt 2.77 posi that came out of my 88 iroc. You can have it disc to disc for $100 if you want it, i just want it out of my garage. Hit me up on my cell if youre interested.
