I currently have a 9 bolt rear with 3.73 gears and an aftermarket art carr torque converter with a stall of 2900. The converter is broke and was wondering what combinations you guys have with the rear end gears and the stall on the torque converter. I have a 383 with 470 horse, I drive it both on the streets and on the strip. I was also looking at new rear ends also. I was thinking sticking with the 3.73 gears. Any comments would be great.
