What all do i need to do to use a 4th gen rear end. is there alot of fab work? or will alot of it just bolt in place? im not really talkin bout brake lines.. just wana know how extensive the Fab work is to put a 4th gen rear end under a 89 IrocZ. thanks

 

It'll be the same for you, as for the several hundred other people that have already posted this repetitive and redundant question on this forum.

Do a quick search; maybe just read the posts on the first page or 2; it gets answered over and over again. You'll find everything you need to know, and probably even some things that you didn't know you needed to know but will find helpful someday.

 

Thanks alot..i searched it and came up with tons of info..really appriciate the help. im only 17 and i think il try and save my money and find me a 4th gen rear end in the spring and swap it after i get my motor work done..cant do much now with a broken ankle..its kinda depressing just seein my car out there and cant even work on it lol..but anyways thanks alot for your help
