no offense guy but some punctuation would help everyone read your post.
it may be your torque convertor locking and unlocking. if it is the torque convertor, you can unplug the electrical connector to test it. it could also be searching between drive and overdrive. but i kinda doubt that since you said it does it in the drive position as well.
