Okay, have an 87 camaro with a transmission that only has 1 and R. Its probably time for a rebuild

So are these peieces gonna hold up for a stock v6?

Also, any tips or suggestions on parts? Also, any tips for a first time transmission rebuild?

hi ive just finished mine not that bad to do i got the dvd on rebuilding the 700r4 simple to follow i got all my stuff from raptor in the states the only tools i bought were snap ring pliers i compressed the spring retainers with the handle of my hammer if you do it your self just keep all the clutches and steels in the same order they come out i took my time did half hour every night after work and took me 7 days
