Maybe, maybe not. More than likely it won't do anything noticeable. I'm not 100% sure though; I've only done the swap on a carbureted engine. Do a search, I'm sure someone has answered this before.

 

the ecm is not that smart you need to make sure that you are using the right gears for the mpr gage. and of course you hook up the right wiring for the nuteral start sweat and brake light

 

I have a question about this. i have a 91 RS TBI vert. I believe the speedometer for this is electronic or vsomething whatever they call it and the one on the 85 is mechanical. will the speedometer from the 91 RS work with a t5 from a an 85z28?

 

you need to use vss sleeve out of 90+ T5 Camaro, or you can use one out of T5 Firebird but i am not sure when Firebird did have VSS T5
