Vibration In Low Gear 700R4

I am finding a bad vibration when I am in drive or lower gears. The higher the RPM the worse it gets. If I shift it into overdrive the problem seems to go away. Am I having problems with the overrun clutch? I recently put a 2500 stall converter in it if matters. If anyone has any information I would greatly appreciate some input.
