my 700r4 will not engage when it's cold
My trans will not engage first or reverse when I first start the car. After a few minutes it will engage but it is very sloppy for the first few minuets of driving it. Also at times when I am on the highway at slower speeds (like 55-60)the lock up converter will not hold. It will go back and forth from locked to unlocked.
Dose anyone know if there is a quick fix for this. It only needs to last for a few months while I am rebuilding my other 700r4.
Ps I have already tried changing the fluid and filter.

I put 1 of those in when I changed the fluid it didn't help.
Someone told me awhile back about a set of weights near the tail shaft that will stick and cause this problem. Dose anyone know anything about those?

k thanks will do
I was actually thinking about buying your mid level 700 and saving the core i bought for emergency situations. I still can't decide between you, probuilt, and patc tho.
