How hard is it to swap in a ford 9in rear end...?

If you have to ask, its probably beyond you doing yourself (no offence, just stating the facts). It involves alot of cutting, welding, and fabrication.

You'd be better off to buy a Moser or Strange 9" setup thats designed to go into your car. The cost will probably be about the same in the end, and you'll have a much better part than you could build with scrapyard components.
