I am finally picking up my car tomorrow after I had a new 700r4 put in. I thought I heard someone say a long time ago that there you have to break in a new trans. Is this true? if so how and how long?

I asked this of both my tranny rebuilders (yes, it's been rebuilt twice). They both told me there was no break-in period, but said I shouldn't abuse it. So I babied it for as long as I could stand, then I started flooring it around town. Keep a check on your fluid levels the first week.
