Problems with my T-5

Well I need help to pinpoint a problem I'm having. Ok, it's difficult to put the car into 1st gear,3rd gear, 4th gear, and 5th gear a lot of the time. I have the infamous Borg Warner T-5.

Would this be a clutch problem? Or a transmission problem? Maybe the synchros?

The car never grinds gears. I dont think is slipping. i tested it by flooring it in 5th gear and RPMs didnt jump.

Would replacing the clutch solve the problem or is it the tranny. The clutch is stock and has 100k on it. I have never changed the transmission fluid (yes i know, i never got around to it).

Please help!

Sounds like the clutch isnt releasing completely. If the tranny is bad/low on fluid the problem will usually get worse as you drive and the gears etc heat up. I suggest checking the hydraulics 1st.
