LT1 clutch problem

Engine: LB9 & L98
Transmission: T56 & T56
Axle/Gears: 4.10s & 3.23s
LT1 clutch problem
My clutch started acting weird out of nowhere today. When I let the pedal out like normal, the pedal "pops". If I let it out slow, it is normal. When driving, if I shift like normal and let the clutch out like normal, it grabs quick and hard, as if I sidestepped the pedal. If I let the pedal out slow, its normal.
