yes guys. my T-5 sounds like a loud crack!!!and it's hard to select reverse. it does it every time. i wander if the synchro is going "kaput". please is there any book i can buy on how to overhaul (mayor repair) the T-5 tranny? i would love to do-it myself

Reverse has no synchros. I dont know of any specific book, but there is nothing really unusual about a T5. If you get into trouble, there are lots of people on this board that can give advice. The rebuild kits are about $200 for bearings, synchros and seals.
