ok guys i finally got my new clutch and trans in, however i have trouble getiing 1st gear, sometimes i can get it sometimes i cant, when i cant it seems like the shifter is not letting it go in far enough, i know that my hurst shifter has adjustable stops on it, is it possible that i just need to adjust it? i really hope so. any info will be greatly appreciated thanks.

well i tried adjustig the stops on it and it did not help, so im going to try putting the factory shifter back on and see what happens, can someone please give me some ideas on this, any help greatly appreciated, thanks.
