How much $$$ to swap gears?

How much $$$ to swap gears?
I have 2.73 gears now and I plan to get Richmond 3.73s installed by a shop. The shop has the gears in stock and said its gonna cost me $500 for the swap. This price does not include recalibrating the speedo. Is this a fair price or too expensive?

How much of that 500 is for the gears. I would buy the gears from summit/jegs and have a shop install them. Shops want to make money from selling the gears and the labor.
