TCI or Painless TCC lockup kit?

TCI or Painless TCC lockup kit?
The painless is about $125, while the TCI kit is only $71... do you get what you pay for? I have heard some not-so-flattering things about Painless's ECU wiring kits, anyone know about their TCC lockup switches?
I really want something that fits right and doesn't require any drilling of new holes or removal of the tranny for a change! How hard are these to install?
