2nd gear miss

Transmission: 700-R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73 G80
2nd gear miss
sometimes when i go WOT and i shift from fist to 2nd it doesn't catch the gear and it kinda goes in like netural cause i give it gas and the tach just goes up and i have to move it back up a little for it to catch 2nd any ideas?
