1990 RS 305 clunking sound

I hope that I am posting this in the right section of the forums, so anyway I have a 1990 Camaro RS with a 5.0 V8 and it makes this clunking sound that I believe has gotten worse. It makes the sound if you're driving and you either brake really hard or if you're just braking normally and you come to a stop and as you near the stop it starts clunking multiple times, it sounds like it's coming from somewhere around the drive shaft, like right under the stick. It also makes the sound if you're driving and you shift poorly, like if you put it in the next gear and let off the clutch without giving it any gas. Other than that it only makes the sound if you stall the car, it starts clunking and jolting violently and dies. Can someone tell me what this could be? It's annoying and it sounds like it is probably causing more damage.

Sounds like the classic worn out transmission mount.

Ah alright, that makes sense, where is it located? Is it difficult to replace?

Between the tail shaft of the trans and the cross member. Jacking the car up will take nearly as long as replacement. Basic hand tools. I suggest poly.
