yes, silly me.
changed oil on my tranny and open the "wrong filler plug" something sound loose and tried to re-tight, now very hard to shift, can't get reverse, and while playing with it can get sometimes 1 thru 4 gears but keeping that bolt loose. please guys i think i'm screwed.

u pulled out the reverse linkage pin that holds the reverse linkage inside the tranny, it will have to be dissasembled and put back together ,not fun..

Had a friend of mine do exactly the same thing a few weeks ago. The trans has to come out and be taken apart. If you're going to try to do this job yourself feel free to email and I can try to give a step by step.
