OVERFILLING TRANNY

If you overfill your tranny, i mean way overfilling it(way past the full hot marker)
will it cause it to slip a little around 3000 rpm to around 3500 rpm????
I just had my shif kit put in and the mechanic overfilled it.
Thanks
Jon

Yep. The moving junk whips air into the fluid turning it to 'foam' and causes a slip.
