Ok I have a a 84 TA.. It has a cable speedo.. The T5 I am putting in has a VSS. I need the part number for the thing to replace the vss in the trans, I have been fussing with this for 2 weeks, The dealer sent me the wrong speedometer gears 2 times now.. Please help...If anyone needs a vss for there swap I would trade .. Thanks Kevin

my speedo was jumping then stopped working one day code said vss was bad. my car had a two piece cable now it has a single cable that replaces the 2 piece dont know if this will help but there you go. in short my vss was not bad it was cable
