bent axle ?
I have a 91 Camaro and the driver side seal started leaking so i replaced the "BEARING" and seal on that side and it leaked even worse so I replaced "BOTH" again but it still leaks there is no burr or groove on the axle so I thought it may be bent. Anyone ever heard of this?

About 99% of the time, the reason the seal leaks in the first place is because the bearings are bad. The other 1% of the time it's because the bearings are bad too.
Look at the axles real carefully where the bearings run on them. Can you feel the place where that is? If so, not only are the bearings bad, but the axles are too.
The bearings are very easy to change: get a 6' piece of ¾" galvanized water pipe at the home store, stick it all the way through the axla tubes, and knock the seal and bearing out together. Use one of the old bearings as a tool to knock the new ones in. Again, if the axle is damaged AT ALL where the bearing rides on it, you'll never get it to work until you replace them.
Be very careful with the seals, so you don't damage them during installation: I use a little bit of gorilla snot in the seal bore, a block of wood like a 8" piece of 2x4, flat side against the seal, and one good whack from a huge hammer to knock it in. If you try to hammer on the seal itself you'll invariably cause it to bend and twist which will make it leak.

If the axle is worn at all where the bearing rides (like RB mentioned) then it will leak, but you can purchase offset bearings that will ride on the axle on a different location.
