Need Help with Drive gear and Driven gear!!!!!
So i bought this project 85 z28 camaro 4 months ago and found out the speedo was off "about" 15 mph give or take!!!! So first i took the Rear end cover off and found stamped on the rear end that it was a 3.27... Now i went under the car and Seen that the drivin gear is RED with 37 teeth and the drive gear was light blue with 18 teeth on it... Is there any way to just change the drivin gear and not the drive gear without Screwing anything up??? My tire size is a 245/50/16 as well... I am New at this so i am not sure if i can just buy a bigger or smaller drivin gear to change it or do i have to get both???
PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

red and lt blue is correct for 3.27 and 245/50/16 you got another problem, wait never mind you need a red drive and a lt blue driven seems like someone got confused and ordered the driven and driven mixed up in color since you got a lt blue drive and a red driven

Mag,
Off topic: I assume you've swapped a 5.7 into your car since that wasn't an option in 85.
