TBI-TPI swap question about converter lockup

Engine: 355
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 2.73 peg leg
TBI-TPI swap question about converter lockup
For you guys who have done the swap or anyone else who knows: which wire do I use? The one from the TPI harness or the one from the TBI harness? Do I have to hook up both computers? thanks
