Trans Go Install Questions.... Need Help!!

I am installing the Red, Blue and White box version of the Shift Kit and it wants me to open a few holes a little larger. I do not have the equipment necessary to open these holes just a little bit like they are requesting. Is this necessayr or can I forget about this step???

Secondly, what has been the best washer combo used by the 700r4 trans for shifting??? I am at this step and I am wondering how many to put in. I know every car is different, but I need a good base to start at.. I am a novice at trans work and this kit is EXTREMELY intense!!!

Thanks for the help in advance. I will be on-line most of the evening, so any help would be appreciated.

Yes, it is a very necessary step, go out & buy the bits recommended. You can start out with 2 since you have 3.27's. If you want call me at 800 7763288 it is 4:32 PST right now and I will be building the rest of the evening (next 6 hours or so).
Hope This Helps!!!
