ok i have an 88RS (2.8) now i want to get a new shift **** but i know its not like a manuel where u unscrew it. Its like the stock one with the button on the top how much work and time will it be to switch it and how do i do it?

i don't know about switching it, but to get it off, there's a little staple looking pin thing on the front of it in a hole holding it in. just pull that pin out with a flat head screw driver or some needle nose plyers and pull it off.
